CALAPAN CITY, OR. MINDORO – On 21 – 22 June 2022, DOLE MIMAROPA conducted a two-day hands-on-training on the implementation of digitization of DOLE Front-Line Services. Specifically the Construction Safety and Health Program (CSHP) System, Registration of Contractor and Subcontractor (DO 174-17) System, No Pending Case/With Pending Case System, Alien Employment Permit Management System (AEPMS) and the Document Control Management System (DMS) held at Vencio’s Garden Hotel, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro. A total of 32 focal persons from the Field Offices and Regional Office attended the training.
“We are halfway to the digitization of our frontline services. Let us push more to digitize all for us to help our clients in accessing more of our programs.” said DOLE MIMAROPA Regional Director Naomi Lyn C. Abellana in her message.
With the ongoing threat from COVID-19 and with the goal of minimizing face-to-face interactions, lessen the use of printing resources, increasing the ease of transacting and reporting and most importantly, making it easier for client to access our office, DOLE MIMAROPA is working towards digitizing most, if not, all programs for public consumption.
